STARD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,486 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX8, GMPPA, and MED1. Each is linked with STARD3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD3-to-partner and partner-to-STARD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STARD3 versus DHX8 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
