Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,106 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STARD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VWA8, IL10, and VSIG4. Each is linked with STARD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD3-to-partner and partner-to-STARD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STARD3 versus VWA8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
