The most reproducible STARD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP421, RNA5SP415, and MIR6790. Each is linked with STARD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD3-to-partner and partner-to-STARD3 results are reported.
