STARD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with STARD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD3-to-partner and partner-to-STARD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by STARD3-low versus STARD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
