STARD13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,695 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STARD13_S171, TNS2_S120, and STARD13_S133. Each is linked with STARD13 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD13-to-partner and partner-to-STARD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STARD13 versus STARD13_S171 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
