Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,050 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STARD13-associated genes across cancer lineages are BEST1, CAV1, and STARD13-AS. Each is linked with STARD13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD13-to-partner and partner-to-STARD13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STARD13 versus BEST1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
