Across TCGA cell cohorts, STARD13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,973 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STARD13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction, Positive regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Protein activation cascade. Each is linked with STARD13 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD13-to-partner and partner-to-STARD13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of Rho protein signal transduction grouped by STARD13-low versus STARD13-high in LIVER.
