STARD13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STARD13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 500 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD13-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPXCR1, ACTL7A, and GCAT. Each is linked with STARD13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD13-to-partner and partner-to-STARD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CPXCR1 grouped by STARD13-low versus STARD13-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
