Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STARD10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STARD10 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher STARD10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STARD10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, PRAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where STARD10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
