Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STARD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,326 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STARD10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPME1, AGR2, and DDAH1. Each is linked with STARD10 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD10-to-partner and partner-to-STARD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STARD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→STARD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
