Across TCGA cell cohorts, STARD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,456 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STARD10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ERBB3 signaling pathway, ERBB2-ERBB3 signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation. Each is linked with STARD10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STARD10-to-partner and partner-to-STARD10 results are reported.
