Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STAP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STAP2 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher STAP2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STAP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where STAP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
