STAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,575 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAP2_S289, CAMSAP3_S334, and RBM47. Each is linked with STAP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAP2-to-partner and partner-to-STAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAP2 versus STAP2_S289 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
