Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,294 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UAP1, SH2D5, and SPINT1. Each is linked with STAP2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAP2-to-partner and partner-to-STAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAP2 versus UAP1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
