STAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,736 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1150P, PGAP2, and BAG3. Each is linked with STAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAP1-to-partner and partner-to-STAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1150P grouped by STAP1-low versus STAP1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
