The most reproducible STAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Putrescine transport, Heme biosynthetic process, and Serotonin transport. Each is linked with STAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAP1-to-partner and partner-to-STAP1 results are reported.
