STAMBPL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAMBPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,213 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAMBPL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD44, NFATC2, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with STAMBPL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAMBPL1-to-partner and partner-to-STAMBPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAMBPL1 versus ANKRD44 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAMBPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAMBPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
