Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAMBPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,403 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAMBPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLAMF6, CTLA4, and ICOS. Each is linked with STAMBPL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAMBPL1-to-partner and partner-to-STAMBPL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAMBPL1 versus SLAMF6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAMBPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAMBPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
