STAMBPL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAMBPL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 993 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAMBPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBTFL3, SYPL1P1, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with STAMBPL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAMBPL1-to-partner and partner-to-STAMBPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBTFL3 grouped by STAMBPL1-low versus STAMBPL1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAMBPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAMBPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
