STAMBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAMBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,172 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAMBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRNP27, CNOT1, and YWHAQ. Each is linked with STAMBP in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAMBP-to-partner and partner-to-STAMBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAMBP versus SNRNP27 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAMBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAMBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
