STAMBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAMBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,816 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAMBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYSLTR1_S326, FXR1, and ACAP1_T739. Each is linked with STAMBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAMBP-to-partner and partner-to-STAMBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAMBP versus CYSLTR1_S326 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAMBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAMBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
