Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAMBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,592 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAMBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX7A2L, ATP6V1E2, and AGBL5. Each is linked with STAMBP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAMBP-to-partner and partner-to-STAMBP results are reported.
