Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAMBP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAMBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, mTOR_pS2448, and mTOR. Each is linked with STAMBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAMBP-to-partner and partner-to-STAMBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by STAMBP-low versus STAMBP-high in UCEC.
