Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,124 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, ABI2, and SUPV3L1. Each is linked with STAM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAM2-to-partner and partner-to-STAM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAM2 versus RPL7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
