Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,810 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIP13, MYBL2, and E2F1. Each is linked with STAM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAM2-to-partner and partner-to-STAM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAM2 versus TRIP13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
