Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,983 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3648-2, CA15P2, and RNA5SP499. Each is linked with STAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAM2-to-partner and partner-to-STAM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3648-2 grouped by STAM2-low versus STAM2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
