Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, ARID1A, and eEF2. Each is linked with STAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAM2-to-partner and partner-to-STAM2 results are reported.
