STAM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,359 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K2, MARCHF7, and RAB3GAP1. Each is linked with STAM2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAM2-to-partner and partner-to-STAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAM2 versus MAP3K2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
