Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,364 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with STAM2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAM2-to-partner and partner-to-STAM2 results are reported.
