Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, STAG3L3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated STAG3L3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher STAG3L3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STAG3L3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and LIHC are the cancer types where STAG3L3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
