The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher STAG3L2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated STAG3L2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and READ are the cancer types where STAG3L2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
