STAG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,609 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPH2, HCFC1, and UBE2J1. Each is linked with STAG2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG2-to-partner and partner-to-STAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAG2 versus HNRNPH2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
