STAG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP29, FBXO17, and CTU2. Each is linked with STAG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG2-to-partner and partner-to-STAG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP29 grouped by STAG2-low versus STAG2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
