STAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64EP, OR9Q2, and UQCR10. Each is linked with STAG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG1-to-partner and partner-to-STAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM64EP grouped by STAG1-low versus STAG1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
