Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,841 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Mitotic G2/M transition checkpoint. Each is linked with STAG1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG1-to-partner and partner-to-STAG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining grouped by STAG1-low versus STAG1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
