STAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 239 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKCG, OOSP2, and OR10J1. Each is linked with STAG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAG1-to-partner and partner-to-STAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRKCG grouped by STAG1-low versus STAG1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
