STAC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,157 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LCP1, PTPN6, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with STAC3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC3-to-partner and partner-to-STAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
