Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,584 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Positive regulation of double-strand break repair, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with STAC3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC3-to-partner and partner-to-STAC3 results are reported.
