Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,309 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM89A, GRM3, and EPHB6. Each is linked with STAC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC2-to-partner and partner-to-STAC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STAC2 versus FAM89A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
