STAC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STAC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, EGFR_pY1068, and MEK1_p_S217_S221. Each is linked with STAC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC2-to-partner and partner-to-STAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by STAC2-low versus STAC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
