STAC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STAC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STAC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF366, ACER1, and SFTPB. Each is linked with STAC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STAC2-to-partner and partner-to-STAC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF366 grouped by STAC2-low versus STAC2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STAC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STAC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
