Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ST7L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ST7L data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ST7L Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ST7L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where ST7L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
