Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,884 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST7L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSBN1, RBBP4, and TRIM33. Each is linked with ST7L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST7L-to-partner and partner-to-ST7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST7L versus RSBN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
