Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST7L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,602 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASK, RBFOX2, and DICER1. Each is linked with ST7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST7L-to-partner and partner-to-ST7L results are reported.
