Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST7L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8082, COX6A1P2, and ITPK1. Each is linked with ST7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST7L-to-partner and partner-to-ST7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8082 grouped by ST7L-low versus ST7L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
