Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,038 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK5, EVI2B, and BIN2. Each is linked with ST7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST7-to-partner and partner-to-ST7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST7 versus CDK5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
