Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,699 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ST7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C10orf62, RBFA, and KAT2A. Each is linked with ST7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST7-to-partner and partner-to-ST7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST7 versus C10orf62 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
