ST7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ST7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL40, LYPD4, and ZAN. Each is linked with ST7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST7-to-partner and partner-to-ST7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 grouped by ST7-low versus ST7-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
