The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ST6GALNAC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ST6GALNAC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC, BLCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where ST6GALNAC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
