ST6GAL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ST6GAL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,616 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ST6GAL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AEBP1, COL1A1, and COL3A1. Each is linked with ST6GAL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ST6GAL2-to-partner and partner-to-ST6GAL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ST6GAL2 versus AEBP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ST6GAL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ST6GAL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
